Shipping Policy


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed a few days. You will be notified by email if there is a significant delay.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Overnight Shipping: 1–2 business days


Delivery delays can occasionally occur, especially during holidays or weather events.


Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, which will include a tracking number.


Domestic Shipping

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.


International Shipping

At this time, we do not ship outside the U.S. (If you plan to in the future, this can be updated.)


Damages

Team IceHole is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
